Vegan Heretic & Author of Vegans vs The Verses
If this was a bio on my lifelong career as an entertainer, I’d have lots to tell you. I’ve juggled chainsaws, balanced burning barbecue grills on my face and hammered nails up my nose. I've been on the David Letterman show, Tonight Show and heck, even Jerry Springer. Although I probably don't want to admit to that one. But that's not what I'm about today.
It seems I am at a new “stage” in life that puts me on a new stage I never expected. Not as a variety entertainer, but a speaker. Somehow, my ethical life has taken over and become my new identity. By way of ethical, I mean, I’m a bible thumping, vegan activist. Yep...it could happen. Being a vegan in a church atmosphere stirs up a lot of aggression from my church brethren. So, I wrote a book for vegan activists on how to deal with that hostility.
As a religious Speaker, I have no qualifications to offer. I have no accredited university training. No seminary has given me a masters of divinity. There are no letters after my name to show my education.
So why listen to anything I have to say?
Because I am not influenced by any university or preachers’ preconceived religious beliefs about eating meat.
Because I find compassion in the same scriptures others find approval for animal abuse.
Because I am a vegan activist I have experinced what does and does not work.
